The top is blue LIT while the base features a cloud of the classic "specter-green" LIT powder. Suspended in the brush is a halloween-themed figure with a swirl of dead leaves (tobacco). 

This brush has been fitted with an antique silver Teton Shaves logo coin and a 28mm Badger Synth knot.
