The TikTok live Brush #3

We've done a lot of this specific vigilante superhero, but never one quite like this. This brush features a jet-black top, nothing too unique about that, but the base features transparent blue resin and we've never done that before! I wanted it to be reminiscent of the night sky. The transparent part will lighten significantly once we cut some material away, so be aware of that. 

This will be a fun, unique version of a very popular theme.
